We only distribute Certified Black Angus USDA Prime Beef. Our Premium cuts include: Ribeye, Cowboy Cut Ribeye, Tomahawk, Porterhouse, Top Sirloin, and T-Bone in various size.

We only work with small family farms in the Northwest to process the best Angus cattle that is raised naturally with pasture and corn. Our beef is aged to 28 days before shipping.
